I always think "If I could just speak to them for 30mins, just catch up on stuff...", but it never happens because there is just no trace of them. Also holy shit about the stabbing, you need to get out of their fast mate! A guy was stabbed in town along my route to work back when I first started my job, I've walked by the flowers and messages for him everyday.
